We are the UK's largest awarding organisation for qualifications in leadership, management, coaching and enterprise. We work with over 2,000 ILM-approved centres, including private training providers, further and higher education colleges, and employers delivering in-house management training. Around 90,000 learners register for ILM qualifications every year. We are also a professional body with over 30,000 practising managers as members.

ILM was formed in 2001 with the merger of NEBS Management and the Institute of Supervisory Management. We are part of the City & Guilds group, the UK's largest vocational qualifications awarding body.
